RENT AND DEPOSIT
Deposit is equivalent to 3 months' rent
The rent is prepaid for 3 months

SHORT TERM RENT
Minimum leasing period is 6 months. Additional ground fee for lease under 12 months is dkk 7.500 (dkk 9.375 incl. VAT) + transport fee dkk 4.000 (dkk 5.000 incl. VAT)
No additional ground fee for lease from 12 month and up.

CURTAINS
Curtains/blinds are not part of the packages, but can be included on a seperate offer. Additional fee per window is dkk 150,00 (dkk 187,50 incl. VAT) per month.
Curtains are mounted with telescope bars if possible. For bedrooms we use blackout curtains.

TV AND LAMPS
We only install floor- and table lamps. If ceiling lamps are required, then these can be included on a seperate offer
Flat screen TVs are not hung on the wall, but placed on a TV stand. Only electrical cable is included
